So many adorably cute little mini desserts on our recent family trip!
The food on our trip last week, was excellent. All the desserts seemed to be little mini size so that you could sample a few (or all of them if you’re like me ;)). The only problem with lots of little mini desserts are the lots of little mini ell bees that follow you home. Dang it!
Ideas for Mini Desserts:
All of these mini desserts got me thinking about all the different desserts we have shared here over the years and which ones could be easily made in a single serving size. Here are just a few that I think would be fantastic made in mini size.
- fruit tarts
- key lime pie
- german chocolate pie
- caramel apple pie
- gingerbread pumpkin trifle
- banana pudding
- salted caramel cheesecakes
You really could get creative here with the presentation too! They are all just too cute! This one featured below is a panna cotta. We made a delicious pomegranate panna cotta that was so good!
I think I gained a few pounds just looking at those pics. YUM!
Now I wanna do tiny little desserts at my next bunko. Where can I find 100 shot glasses?
Those look fabulous. I suddenly feel the need to make desserts in shot glasses. So cute and so fun!
