Heart Shaped Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ice cream sandwiches are the best, and when they’re shaped like a heart… even better. With a heart shaped cookie cutter, you can make these frozen treats for Valentine’s Day for the ones you love.
To make these, mix up these brownies from scratch…or a box mix works great too. Choose a container of ice cream we used strawberry, so it would be pink for Valentine’s Day. To make the cutting of the heart shapes easier, I recommend buying the ice cream that comes in the rectangular box. Open the entire box and use a big knife to slice the ice cream into layers, then use the heart shaped cookie cutter. Once assembled, wrap them up in plastic wrap and leave in the freezer until you’re ready to eat them. You also could just use a small heart shaped cookie cutter on a FAT BOY, but then you’d miss out on those delicious brownies.

I can't bear the thought of using a hear shaped cutter on a Fat Boy. Think of all those wasted corners! I guess you know who would be secretly stuffing her face in the kitchen while others wait for their desserts.
