Cucumber Dilly Bites, a fresh, spring appetizer for your next get together.
These Cucumber Dilly Bites are light, creamy and delicious. We use cream cheese, yogurt and plenty of fresh dill for an herby burst of flavor. We top them with a tomato and another sprinkling of dill. Just like our Caprese Wreath Appetizer , Cucumber Dilly Bites are a no-cook, more healthy appetizer option. Serve them at your next get together and watch them disappear.
Ingredients for Cucumber Bites with Dill Cream Cheese:
- 4 English cucumbers
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened to room temp.
- 1 small (5.3 oz) container plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 tbsp powdered Ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley)
How to make Cucumber Dilly Bites:
- Slice cucumbers into rounds, about ½-inch thick. We like the striped look of the partially peeled cucumbers. Slice the grape (or cherry) tomatoes in half (or quarters, if they are larger) and set aside.
- In a bowl of a stand mixer or with an electric hand mixer combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh Dill and Ranch dressing powder. Mix until well combined.
- Add this cheese mixture to a piping bag with a tip (if you don’t have one, you can use a large Ziplock bag with the tip of the corner snipped off).
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round, then top with a cherry tomato half. Add an additional sprig of dill to each one for an added garnish if desired.
Make Ahead:
To make this appetizer ahead, slice cucumbers and tomatoes and store separately in zip top bags in the refrigerator. Combine the ingredients for cream cheese mixture and keep refrigerated in a piping bag, the longer this mixture chills the better the flavor. When ready to serve top cucumber slices with cream cheese mixture and top with tomato and more fresh dill. You can fully assemble these bites and chill them in the fridge the day before serving.

Tips and Tricks:
- Store your tomatoes on your counter for the best flavor.
- Use dried dill if you cannot use fresh. When substituting dried herbs cut down on the amount. For this recipe use 2 tablespoon dried dill, also let cream cheese mixture chill longer to really incorporate the dill flavor.
- Use a fancy piping bag, get creative…if you don’t have a piping bag, you can use just a plastic bag and snip the corner off the bag to pipe the mixture onto each cucumber slice.

npi registry lookups says
NPI Lookup is a site designed for you to easily find medical practitioners’ NPI numbers. Doing so allows you to confirm the practitioner or medical entity is registered and makes it easy to fill in Medicare and Medicaid forms.
The Affordable Care Act massively increased demand for easily accessible NPI numbers for medical practitioners and medical establishments. An NPI number must be included on all Medicare and Medicaid applications, and all claims forms submitted by patients. Therefore, it’s essential to be able to find them quickly and easily to facilitate form submission.
An NPI registry is designed to make this process simple. By entering some basic information, such as name, organization, or NPI number, you’ll be able to confirm the details you need, or to ensure the details you were given are correct.
