Here’s a fun fall treat – homemade ice cream sandwiches

Pumpkin Ice cream sandwiches.

This treat is perfect for fall and super simple.

Pumpkin Ice cream Sandwiches. They taste like pumpkin pie without having to warm up your oven. This is what you’ll need:

- your favorite brand of pumpkin ice cream
- thin crisp cookies – Cinnamon or Ginger flavor work great!

Seriously. I think I need to take a bath in that pumpkin ice cream! I absolutely adore pumpkin things! I have GOT to find some and make these sandwiches! It's like my cream cheese on a graham cracker shortcut when I'm craving cheesecake, but don't want to spend the time making it!

We love Anna's cookies and always pick up a few packages of the almond ones at Ikea and stock up on the ginger ones at Costco. Thanks for giving me another way to enjoy them–and another way to enjoy pumpkin since I'm not a big fan of pumpkin pie.

This is a widgeted area which is called Featured Bottom Left. It is using the Genesis - Featured Posts widget to display what you see on the Family Tree child theme demo site. To get started, log into your WordPress dashboard, and then go to the Appearance > Widgets screen.
