First there was the Merry Christmas cake, and now there is The Peeps Cake!
How can you not love a candy bunny?!
So these are technically not candy, they are made of paper using this candy bunny die, but…you could make a cake like this for Easter and string real Peeps bunnies on top of the cake just like this. That would be adorable!
ps. have you ever eaten a stale peep?! They are my favorite. “Try it…you’ll like it!”
For the How-To:
This is a fake cake: two styro-foam cake forms wrapped in fondant and secured onto a cake plate. This cake is wrapped in green paper diamonds cut with this diamond border die. To make the paper candy bunny topper, it is just two skewers with colored twine and the pastel paper bunnies strung across. That’s it!
