How to make Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a glass jar. Stir or shake well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, remove from the fridge, top off with your favorite fresh fruit and berries, more almond milk and a drizzle of honey.
