Spinach Artichoke Dip is a favorite that uses canned artichokes and frozen spinach so you can make it quickly, then watch it disappear.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese well softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • pepper to taste
  • 14 ounce can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 6 ounce package frozen spinach thawed and drained and chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small (1 quart) baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella and pepper.

  3. Add in the chopped artichokes and drained chopped spinach.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 F until warmed through and the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.

  5. Serve warm with pita chips, sturdy crackers or a sliced and toasted baguette.
