Oriental beef and carrot hot dish
Deliciously seasoned beef and carrots served over rice.

Ingredients

thinly sliced beef

carrots
julienne

beef broth

teaspoon
ginger

tablespoon
soy sauce

teaspoon
sugar

tablespoon
corn starch

tablespoons
water
Instructions
Brown the beef in extra virgin olive oil.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook the carrots until tender.
Serve over rice.
