Ingredients
  • white bread dough loaf (we love Rhodes Dough) uncooked, thawed but still cold
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Kraft Brand) grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
  1. Thaw the Rhodes dough loaf in the fridge overnight. It’s best when its still cold but completely thawed.

  2. Roll out the bread on a floured surface and slice into little strips.

  3. Place cheese onto separate plate. Melt the butter in the microwave. Place melted butter in a dish for dipping. Add the garlic salt to the melted butter and mix it in with a fork.

  4. With a cold stick of butter, grease the pan before you begin.

  5. Roll each breadstick in the butter. Next roll each buttered breadstick in parmesan cheese. Place breadstick on baking sheet in 2 rows of twelve each. Give the breadsticks a little twist before laying them down on the pan.

  6. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
