In a small glass bowl, mix together a spoonful of the pizza sauce with the olive oil. Brush this mixture onto each meatball.
Alternate cooking method would be to brown the meatballs in a large frying pan on medium high heat on your stove top, rotating all meatballs to brown on all sides and then bake for 8 - 10 minutes until completely cooked through.
Remove meatballs from the oven, spoon more sauce over each meatball, and cover each one with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Broil for 2 - 3 minutes just until the cheese melts and bubbles. Serve warm.
