Veggie Pizza is a healthy and delicious appetizer that is so easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 2 tubes 8 ounces each refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 package cream cheese 8oz., softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing or try our favorite homemade version
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • add any of your favorite vegetables here
Instructions
  1. Remove crescent dough from packaging. Arrange and press down into the bottom of a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and dry ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  4. Spread over the crescent roll crust.
  5. Top with all the chopped veggies: broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
  6. Serves 16.
