Crispy Pecan Ice Cream Pie Crust

A crispy pie crust ice cream dessert made with Rice Krispie cereal and chopped pecans.

  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter one stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Press into a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Top with softened vanilla ice cream
  6. Cover with foil and place back into the freezer, for a few hours.
  7. Cut into squares to serve and drizzle with caramel, chocolate or butterscotch sauce.
