Easy Asian chicken lettuce wraps
In a saucepan over medium high heat add the olive oil and ground chicken and cook until the chicken is browned and crumbled, about 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Add in the diced onion and cook until the onions have become translucent, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and Sriracha hot sauce.
Stir in chestnuts and green onions until tender, about 1-2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the Asian chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf and enjoy!
