Simple Kiwi Sorbet: An easy frozen treat with only 3 ingredients!
Cut kiwis in half and remove the skins by gently running a large spoon around the skin to scoop out the inside. Add the kiwi insides into a food processor or blender and pulse 3-4 times; enough for everything to smooth out.
Make a simple syrup with the lime juice and sugar in a small sauce pan set over medium high heat. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves into the liquid.
Pour the sugar and lime juice mixture into the food processor and pulse a few more times, until the kiwis liquefy and no chunks remain. Do not over mix, or you will start to puree the kiwi seeds.
Pour mixture into a freezer safe container. Allow to chill in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Once frozen, scoop into a bowl to serve. Enjoy!
If you prefer, you can substitute the sugar with 5-6 tablespoons honey.
