Minty Grinch Steamer: mint flavored steamed milk topped with a dollop of whipped cream and crushed candy cane pieces for a festive holiday drink to warm you up on a cold night.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon Torani Creme De Menthe Syrup
  • 1-2 drops green food coloring *more for desired green color
  • crushed candy cane bits
  • sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Combine milk, and sugar in a medium saucepan over high heat. Stir frequently until sugar dissolves and milk begins to simmer (about 3 to 4 minutes).

  2. Stir in the white chocolate until it is dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat, add vanilla and creme de menthe syrup, and let stand for 2 minutes.

  4. Divide into 4 servings, top with a dollop of whipped cream and crushed candy can bits.
