In a big pan combine the cooked shredded chicken, chopped green chiles and green salsa. Warm through and mix together.

On a cooked tortilla add two big spoonfuls of the chicken mixture to one half of the tortilla and fold one half of the tortilla over.

Cut the tortilla into three triangles.

Place all the quesadilla triangles onto a sheet pan.

Turn your oven broiler on to high.

Top each quesadilla triangle with the three cheeses to look like the colors of a candy corn.

When each triangle is completely covered in the cheeses, place the pan under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and serve warm.
