Sparkling Jello for a sparkling new year!
Here’s a fun and easy sweet treat, plus you can make it ahead! We are making this champagne colored jello non-alcoholic with sparkling apple cider, but you can easily add alcohol if you’d like. I once looked for a box of jello at the store like sparkling champagne flavor only nonalcoholic and I never found one, but then I realized you can make your own with sparkling apple cider and unflavored gelatin. You can also make this with sparkling white grape juice.
How to make non-alcoholic jello shots:
If you want a fancy-ish dessert that’s fun to eat, this is it! People love jello, especially kids! To make nonalcoholic jello, you can make it with Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Cider or you can make it with Welch’s Sparkling White Grape juice. I love the beautiful color of this jello, plus it looks so pretty with the pomegranate arils on top.

Hello! Thinking of making this, but I was wondering what temperature the sparkling juice/cider should be when you add it in? Refrigerated, room temperature, warmed? Thanks!
Kami says
Hi! It can be at room temp since you will be adding it to something warm. Then refrigerate.
