Happy Halloween from our house to yours!
This year we have a clown and a race car driver. Avery and a few of her friends all decided to be clowns this year. Her costume is sort of just a bunch of items thrown together. That’s the beauty of the clown costume. I love that she wanted to be a clown. Yes, real clowns are scary. But not this one, she’s as cute as her squishy nose.
Aiden had a few too many options this year with a couple of different hand-me-down costumes coming his way. So here he’s a race car driver. Who knows what he’ll be for his class party. I’m just along for the ride. Boy I love this boy!
This week it’s warm here in Utah. In the 70s for tonight, on Halloween night! It’s perfect! Last week when went to the pumpkin patch, and it was cold, really cold, but still so fun. I love being their mom.
We had our annual church Halloween party last night. The highlight of all the games was “Ghost Rides”! Our neighbors created this thing that’s like a hover craft. It’s so funny! It has a leaf blower attatched that pushes air straight down, causing the rider to lift off the ground and spin around. The kids loved it! They all lined up for a turn.
It could even lift adult men! I was laughing so hard. It was funny to see big guys go for a ghost ride in their costumes. Ha!
Because I love looking back and because I can never keep it straight. Here’s a fun look back at my kids in their costumes from Halloween’s past.
Have a fun safe Halloween night!
Cute costumes. We are lucky in Utah this year with the warmth.
We talked at school about the kids on the East Coast who will NOT celebrate Halloween this year. So sad for all the loss.
It really is so sad. Thanks Mom!
To cute! It is so sad, but the schools in my area in AZ don’t allow the kids to wear costumes or have a party in school. I loved going to the Halloween parade at school when my girls were growing up. Luckily, we will get to see our grandkids tonight since we will be handing out candy at their house so the parents can tag along to make sure they are safe while they trick or treat. Our granddaughter in Chicago went to school all decked out as a shark attack victim. Have a safe and fun Halloween with your kids!
Thanks Judy! I hope you all had a fun night! 🙂
Love, love, love, love, love, love these kids! Did I mention that I love Avery and Aiden?
We all love you too!
I always look forward to seeing what your kids are for Halloween Kami! They always look adorable and this year is no different. LOVE that clown costume! So creative. And your little racer – what a doll he is. They seriously are so precious. That pic of you with them at the pumpkin patch should be framed. I love it! Happy Halloween Kami! Hope it was a great one. 🙂
Thank you Erin! 🙂 You are so sweet! I hope you all had a fun night!
Happy Halloween! I told Jed not to give out those Candy Cigarettes, but he must not have listened to me! JK!! Cute pics and costumes!!
