To celebrate the Big #3 with our boy, we had a little train party. It started with the idea of riding our friend’s little train, to train cupcakes, to a train theme party. That’s how I roll these days…by the seat of my pants. I guess it all works out in the end.
Our local grocery store (Macey’s) is my go-to for all things cupcakes. They made the most adorable cookie monster cupcakes when my boy turned 1, and I knew they could help me out this year too. Thank you Maceys!
I found an image online for train cupcakes, and along with lego candy & candy necklaces from the bulk candy bins, that was all they needed to make these adorable train cupcakes.
The party was short and sweet…just like my boy. 🙂 The perfect kind of party for a 3 year old boy.
I took way too many pictures of the train ride…it was a fun day celebrating our boy. 🙂
