Here’s a great little go-to recipe:
Tortilla Rollups
This is a great recipe if you need to bring an appetizer that can be served cold or at room temperature. I brought these to our little Super Bowl party earlier this month, and they were a hit!
Dip:
Tortilla Rollups (the recipe)
8 tortillas
1 block cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped olives
1 small can chopped green chilis
3 Tablespoons dry ranch powder
Stir – all together (leaving out the tortillas)
Spread – over each tortilla
Cut – into 1 inch slices
Chill – chill in the fridge for at least one hour or preferably overnight
Dip – dip into your favorite salsa recipe
Enjoy!

I LOVE tortilla roll ups. There’s so many different varieties out there! So stinkin’ easy, too!
Did Kyle eat any of those??!?
Are you kidding? I ate every single one of them. No one else was allowed to touch them. Or look at them.
My favorite!!
Mmmm… those look so good. Gonna give them a try for sure!
Tortilla roll-ups are one of my all-time favorites….but yours have a little different spin on them than mine. Going to have to give them a try!
