This salad has been a family favorite for years. It’s perfect during BBQ Season. Just remember the lucky number seven for seven ingredients.

Spinach Tortellini Salad recipe:

– 1 20oz. package of 3 cheese tortellini (slightly cooked, cooled and chilled)
– 1 bag spinach, ends torn off
– 2 heads of brocoli, with cut florets
– 1 small package of grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
– 1 can of medium to large olives, sliced in half
– 1 small package of feta cheese, crumbled
– Ken’s steak house dressing: Creamy Caesar

Toss all ingredients together. Use as much salad dressing as you prefer.

    I will bring your delicious caprese salad. Dad will bring “TOTS”.
    I was there when Becky poured the pop rocks into her mouth and sort of missed and some went into her eye. They actually popped in there. As bad as I felt for her, I started to laugh. Only Becky could do something like that!

    My favorite salad is the one I always make for T-cousins – the Chicken Pasta Salad. Last time I made it I ate sooooo much of it I felt like that character of that children’s book you blogged about, truyly (: I almost poppped!
