Summer Chicken Tacos

Now that I’ve shared Sunday Night’s dessert, I didn’t want to leave out what we had for dinner, because it was goo-ood! My sister Becky shared this recipe with me and it’s a keeper. Any chance to be outside and warm up the grill is exactly what I want this time of year. Served with cabbage, cheese, homemade salsa & lots of cilantro, makes these tacos complete.

The Marinade Recipe:

Summer Chicken Tacos

8-12 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Canola Oil
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBL Salt
1 TBL Pepper
1 TBL Lawry’s Season Salt
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 TBL Sesame Seed
1 Dash Onion Powder or Green Onions

Marinade 4 hours or overnight.

Kami your posts are killing me lately! Is there anything you don't do? You are an amazing blogger, photographer, mother, crafter…clearly we need to add cook to the list. That looks SO GOOD. You and your food pictures are the only thing that just might make me want to cook someday. ;)
