Crunch Wrap Supreme (Tortilla Wrap Hack)

Make a crunch wrap supreme with this fun way to wrap up a tortilla.

For the the Taco Meat:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion diced fine
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Tortilla:
  • sour cream
  • taco seasoning
  • burrito size tortillas
  • romaine lettuce chopped
  • cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
  • fresh pineapple chopped optional
  • tortilla chips small pieces
  • Mexican Blend cheese grated
  • refried beans
  1. Brown the ground beef: To make the taco meat: In a large skillet set to medium high heat, add the diced onion with olive oil and cook until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until brown, breaking it up into crumbles as you cook. Add in the cumin and salt. Transfer meat to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. Mix half a packet of taco seasoning with 8oz. of sour cream until combined.
  3. Place the tortilla down and cut up the center and stop at the middle point of the center of the tortilla.

  4. Layer on the ingredients into the four sections: 1-lettuce and tomatoes (and pineapple) 2-seasoned sour cream and chips 3-grated Mexican blend cheese 4-refried beans and seasoned ground beef
  5. Fold the tortilla three times: section 1 over to section 2, section 1 & 2 over to section 3 and finally sections 1-2-3 over the section 4.

  6. Melt that cheese: Place folded tortilla onto a hot skillet to warm up on both sides.
  7. When ready, remove from heat and cut down the center: Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut it in half. Serve with guacamole or… enjoy as is.
