Author: Kami | NoBiggie.net
Ingredients
  • 1 bag good quality chocolate we LOVE Guittard Milk chocolate
  • 1 bag Bright White Candy melts
  • 1 small bag pretzel sticks
  • 1 bag candy corn candy
Instructions
  1. Start by making the snowmen noses with the orange part of the candy corn candies. Cut both the yellow and white sections off of the candy corn. Place a few of the orange sections of the candy corn into a glass microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or more if needed until soft. Use your fingers to break off tiny pieces of the orange and roll them to look like tiny little carrots for the snowmen noses.

  2. Melt a few of the bright white candy melts to use as an edible adhesive to get the orange carrot nose to stick to the center of the snowman face on the round candy melt. Add a little melted white candy melt to the underside of the candy corn carrot nose and gently place it on the center of a bright white candy melt.

  3. In a new glass ramekin dish add a few milk chocolate chips and a little bit of coconut oil. Microwave for 30 - 1 minute (or longer if needed) to melt the chocolate chips. Stir the melted chocolate together with the coconut oil. Dot the end of a wooden skewer into the melted chocolate and use it to dot chocolate onto the white candy melt to make a snowman face. Make two dots for the eyes and a few dots to make a smile.

  4. Add a piece of parchment to a sheet pan.
  5. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips until starting to melt. This may take anywhere from 2-4 minutes or longer if needed. Be careful not to over warm the chocolate chips causing them to burn. Take the bowl out of the microwave and stir the chocolate chips together until melted and smooth.

  6. Carefully pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment lined pan. Gently smooth out the chocolate with a rubber spatula.
  7. While the chocolate is still warm place the bright white candy melts into the melted chocolate. Place the snowman face in first followed by two more candy melt rounds for the snowman body. Break pretzel sticks in half to make the snowman arms.

  8. Add a few white sprinkles to finish it off. We used white star sprinkles and white dots, but you can use white snowflake sprinkles too.
  9. Move your pan into a cool low humidity place to allow the chocolate to set and harden.

  10. Once the chocolate is set, break it into pieces to make chocolate bark. Enjoy!
