Crab Louie Salad

Make a classic crab louie salad at home! When King Crab legs go on sale, you have to make this classic salad.

  • 1 pound King Crab Meat shells removed, cooked and chilled
  • 1 pound asparagus ends removed, steamed and chilled
  • 1 avocado peeled and sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs peeled and sliced in half
  • 1 bunch radishes washed and thinly sliced
  • romaine lettuce chopped and washed
  • fresh lemon wedges for squeezing
  • Thousand Island dressing
  1. In a large low and wide serving bowl add a bed of romaine lettuce.

  2. Place all the other ingredients on top. Chill until ready to serve.

  3. Toss with thousand island dressing or serve with the dressing on the side. Season with salt and pepper.
