Italian Shrimp Bake

With a 15 minute bake time, this Italian Shrimp Bake makes a fun appetizer or a fast and easy main dish.

  • 2 packages uncooked, peel and eat shrimp 31-40 count
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 lemons, washed, and sliced thin seeds removed
  • 1 packet Italian Dressing and Seasoning mix


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. If shrimp is frozen, let it thaw in a bowl of cold water. Peel the shrimp, if desired.

  3. Place the lemon slices into a 13×9 casserole dish. Place uncooked shrimp on top of the lemon slices, spreading them out evenly.

  4. Pour the butter over the top of the shrimp and lemons. Sprinkle Italian seasoning all over the shrimp.

  5. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.

  6. If desired, finish them off under the oven broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the Italian dressing on top. Serve warm.
