Salty Sweet Corn Puffs are so delicious..crunchy and melt in your mouth, salty and sweet. They are so good, and so addicting!
In a medium sized sauce pan add the butter and melt it at medium high heat.
Add the water, sugar and corn syrup.
Continue to stir the ingredients together on medium high heat until it boils and starts to turn a golden yellow color. To reach this color, it takes about 8-10 minutes.
Pour the golden yellow sugar mixture all over the puffed corn. With a high heat spoon, stir to help the mixture evenly coat all of the puffed corn.
Store in an air tight container.
