Grilled Kebabs

Grilled Kebabs with a sweet and tangy marinade full of flavor. Serve it all over a bed of couscous and it's the perfect Summer night dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1 pineapple fresh, cut into chunks
  • 1 can whole new potatoes cut in half
  • 1 zucchini sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 yellow crook neck squash sliced into thick rounds
  • bell peppers (red, yellow or orange) cut into chunks
  • mushrooms
  • kielbasa sausage sliced into thick rounds
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless, cut thin cut into chunks
  • couscous prepared
Kebab Marinade
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup Heinz 57 Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey, Raw and Unfiltered
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. If using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes, to prevent them from burning on the grill.

  2. Chop and prepare all veggies and meats.

  3. Skewer all cut up veggies and meats until you run out of skewers or veggies and meat.

  4. Mix up the sauce. Mix together Heinz 57 steak sauce, honey and pineapple juice together until well combined. Brush it on all sides of the kebabs right before grilling.

  5. Fire up the grill. It might be a good idea to oil the grill before preheating to keep the kebabs from sticking. Cook on both sides until charred to perfection.

  6. Serve over fluffy couscous and enjoy!
