Pico De Gallo

A classic recipe for Pico De Gallo to be served fresh with all your Mexican Food Favorites

Ingredients
  • 10.5 oz. grape tomatoes  sliced into quarters
  • 1/2  large red onion  diced finely
  • 1/2  jalapéno  seeds and ribs removed, diced finely (use 1 whole jalapéno if you want it even more spicy)
  • 1/2  bunch of cilantro  roughly chopped (use a full bunch of cilantro if you love cilantro)
  • garlic cloves  minced
  • 1/2  lime  juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a medium sized bowl add the: diced tomatoes, diced red onion, finely diced jalapéno, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the juice of half a lime and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Toss all together. Refrigerate, if making hours in advance of serving.

  4. Before serving continue to toss together to help the flavors combine.
  5. Serve with chips, tacos, burritos or even a salad…enjoy!

Can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
