Slice the frozen bananas.
Using the end of a hard plastic spoon, push the bananas down into the blender.
Start blending, stopping along the way to assist your blender with air pockets by moving the banana mixture down to the bottom of the blender. Blend until smooth.
You can eat it as is in it's soft serve consistency or freeze it for a few hours (with plastic wrap over the top) and scoop it out onto a cone or into a cup. Enjoy!
This sauce will keep in a jar in your fridge for a week+. The sauce may harden as it cools to room temp, you can warm small portions at a time in a microwave safe container.
