Easy one pan chicken dinner to feed the whole family.
Break up tomatoes into small pieces. Add the minced garlic.
Add the stuffing to the tomatoes Stir together until the stuffing is moistened from all the liquid of the tomatoes.
Place uncooked chicken pieces in a 9x13 pan. Season with salt. Sprinkle with dried basil and cheese. Top with stuffing and tomato mixture.
When tomatoes are in season, you can use fresh tomatoes. Just remove the skins first in a hot water bath.
