Enjoy Apple Season with these sweet and savory Apple Brie Turnovers.
Thaw frozen puff pastry.
Put apples in saucepan with 1/2 cup water, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring until apples are tender. Let cool.
Cut strips of puff pastry and then cut them into small squares and then cut the squares into triangles. Put a small amount of cooked cinnamon apples onto each triangle of pastry, then a small slice of Brie Cheese. Seal 3 sides leaving one open.
Cool slightly and drizzle with the glaze.
