Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ham and Swiss Cheese sliders baked with a delicious seasoned butter and dijon sauce.

Ingredients
  • 12 King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 9oz. deli ham thinly sliced
  • 8oz. Swiss cheese thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoon dried minced onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the melted butter, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, poppy seeds, and dried onion to create the sauce mixture.
  3. Slice all the rolls in half. Place the bottom halves into the prepared baking dish. Spread mayo on the top of the cut side. Layer sliced ham and Swiss cheese. Add additional layers of ham and cheese if desired.

  4. Place the top halves of the rolls back onto the sliders.

  5. Pour the butter dijon sauce over the top of all the sliders.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted. Serve warm.

Recipe Notes

*Substitute: 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning for the poppy seeds and the dried minced onion.

*Make this recipe with leftover ham.

*Add 1 cup pineapple chunks to make these Hawaiian Style Ham and Cheese Sliders.
