  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats optional: blend to a flour consistency
  • 1/2 small onion minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.

  2. In a large bowl whisk the egg well. Add into the bowl: the ground beef, onion, oats, garlic, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together well.

  3. Form into meatballs. Heat olive oil on medium high in a frying pan. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Carefully move the browned meatballs to a foil covered cookie sheet.

  4. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Serve over your favorite spaghetti and tomato sauce. Use gluten free spaghetti and sauce for a completely gluten free meal.
