Gluten free Spaghetti and meatballs...yep, all Gluten Free!
Preheat your oven to 350.
In a large bowl whisk the egg well. Add into the bowl: the ground beef, onion, oats, garlic, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together well.
Form into meatballs. Heat olive oil on medium high in a frying pan. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Carefully move the browned meatballs to a foil covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Serve over your favorite spaghetti and tomato sauce. Use gluten free spaghetti and sauce for a completely gluten free meal.
