Tatertot Caserole

Easy weeknight meal of classic meat and potatoes!

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cans green beans drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package frozen tatertots
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown the ground beef. Set aside to cool on plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.

  3. In a large glass bowl add the soup mix, milk, salt and pepper and mix to combine. Add in the green beans and browned ground beef and stir it in the soup mixture until all covered.

  4. Move mixture to a 9x13 glass casserole dish and cover the mixture with the frozen tatertots. Use as many as you’d like to fill it in.
  5. Top with the grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
