Balsamic Glaze

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. Cook over medium heat. Once the balsamic vinegar comes to a boil, stir again.
  4. The glaze will become thick like syrup and will reduce by half. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool.
  5. Store your balsamic glaze in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
