Preheat oven to 400.

In a stand mixer cream the butter and sugars together until well combined.

Add in the eggs and continue to mix until incorporated.

In a separate bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, flours, baking powder and salt.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Turn mixer off and fold in the peanut butter chips and the Butterfinger pieces.

With a large ice cream scoop, scoop out big balls of the cookie dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. About 6 cookies per sheet.

Bake for 6 minutes at 400 degrees.

Remove cookies from the oven and leave on the cookie sheet and cover with a clean hand towel. The cookies will continue to cook from the heat of the cookie sheet.

Let the cookies cool for 20 minutes or so on the pan.
