Full of delicious corn flavor, this is a perfect side dish. We use two types of canned corn and sour cream for a spoonable corn bread that's slightly sweet and goes with everything.

Ingredients
  • 1 small box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 15 ounce can sweet corn drained
  • 1 15 ounce can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter 1/2 cup, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about 45 minutes. Baking times will vary depending on the size of baking dish you use. Test the center with a toothpick, if it comes out dry and clean, you know it is set. Let it cool for a few minutes out of the oven before serving.
