Creamy and tangy, Tzatziki Sauce made with grated cucumbers, yogurt and fresh dill. It goes with so many dishes.
Place the grated cucumber on a clean thin tea towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water from the cucumber.
In a medium bowl, combine the grated cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and dill.
Store in the fridge to chill until ready to use. Serve chilled.
