Salty feta cheese with ripe red Romas, thinly sliced green onions, olive oil and Greek Seasoning served on a thinly sliced soft baguette.
Onto a large platter add about 1/4 cup olive oil or more if desired.
Add the tomatoes and green onions.
Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it all over the tomatoes and green onions.
Optional: Add a drizzle of a balsamic vinegar glaze to each serving if desired.
