Halloween S'mores Brownies

Ingredients
For the Brownies:
  • 2 sticks butter room temp
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 Tbs. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
For the S'mores:
  • 1 package graham crackers crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 package Halloween Ghost Peeps
  • small wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
For the brownies:
  1. Mix all together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
For the S'mores topping:
  1. Mix together the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter.
  2. Take the brownies out of the oven layer on the crushed graham cracker butter mixture. Let cool in the pan.

  3. Remove from the pan and cut into squares. Top each one with marshmallow creme. We liked the look of the messy marshmallow creme coming off the sides of each brownie square, but you can add the marshmallow creme before you cut into squares...it's your preference.

  4. Toast the tops of the marshmallow creme with your culinary blow torch or oven broiler.

  5. Stick a wooden skewers into the peeps marshmallow ghosts and poke it into the center of your brownies. The wooden skewer just helps to keep the ghost peeps standing up right. You'll have to let your friends know there's a wooden stick in it before taking a big bite.
