Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Toasts

Easy and delicious appetizer.

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano finely chopped more or less to taste; I like a lot!
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers liquid discarded
  • 1 1/2 cup kalamata olives chopped


  1. Combine cream cheese, goat cheese and oregano. Spread on toasted baguette slices

  2. Top with red peppers and olives.

Recipe Notes

You could toast or not toast the bread, either way, I think they would be good.
