BLT Avocado Pasta Salad

BLT Avocado Pasta Salad loaded with the flavors you know and love of a good BLT sandwich, plus avocado.

For the Salad:

  • 1 pound bag rotini pasta cooked al dente
  • 1 package bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 avocados sliced and diced

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper


  1. Make the dressing - combine all ingredients and pour over the cooked, drained and warm al dente rotini pasta.
  2. Toss the pasta in the dressing and store in the fridge over night.
  3. Cook and crumble the bacon.
  4. Right before serving (the next day), add the crumbled bacon, diced avocado and tomato halves to the pasta and toss all together.

Recipe Notes

If possible avoid chilling the whole salad with the tomatoes in the fridge, the fridge will kill the flavor of the tomatoes.
