How to cook bacon the best way...in the oven!
Line the pan with tin foil. Two pieces of foil folded tightly together to completely cover the baking sheet pan.
Set the timer for 20 minutes. It may take a bit more time, depending on your oven...and how you like your bacon...chewy or crispy.
Let the bacon grease cool in the pan for a bit and if you'd like to save the bacon fat, you can transfer it to an empty cleaned out glass jar. If you plan to toss all the bacon grease, let it cool in the pan. Place a few paper towels on top to soak up the bacon grease. Roll it all up with the tin foil to throw it all out at once.
