Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

An easy and delicious cake recipe perfect for pumpkin season.

Ingredients
  • 1 18.5oz. Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 3.4oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 15oz. can of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 oz. semi sweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease and prepare the bundt pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix on medium speed until well combined.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 325 for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool on a rack or a plate.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream.
