Smoothie Bowls are all the rage these days, and I’m a fan. Take your favorite smoothie recipe and make it into a beautiful creation topped with fresh fruit along with crunchy nuts and seeds. It all started with the popular Acai Bowls, but if you don’t have easy access to the added Acai berry, you can make a smoothie bowl without it. It’s a great way to start your day. I’m just getting off of Spring Break and I’m ready to get back on track with better eating habits. This smoothie bowl is filling and full of energy boosting ingredients to get you going.
