I don’t think I will ever tire of the chevron pattern. I have yet to make, craft or create anything with a chevron pattern, but I’m always drawn to it.
My good friend and neighbor Amy (across the street) recently celebrated her daughter’s birthday with a little chevron themed party.
She set up a little mock party table before she set it up at the lake the next day for the actual birthday party, and I ran over to take a few pictures of it. I love all the little details! My favorite being the party bags with the handles.
She told me how she looked all over for white paper bags with the handles on them (like you see here) WITH a chevron pattern. Since she couldn’t find them, she made her own. Using Sharpie paint pens and a chevron template, she turned these plain white bags into adorable chevron treat bags. Aren’t they cute?!
I love that she used the free Happy Birthday printable from The Tomkat Studio too.
This isn’t the first time I’ve shared one of my friend Amy’s birthday parties, you can see her fun Tiger and Zebra parties here.
Do you have a birthday party coming up this summer? Or are you like me and take every other year off…ahhh! best idea yet. 🙂
