Velata chocolate fondue warmer (giveaway)

===Giveaway Now Closed===

Sunday Night (Father’s Day) I was in charge of dessert. I was so excited to bring Velata.

Velata is the new chocolate fondue (a new product from Scentsy). The Scentsy Family now makes warmers that are specific for melting chocolate. These warmers have a silicone top that can be washed out after use. Along with the warmers, they also make high end chocolate that’s delicious! There are four different chocolate flavors: milk chocolate, white chocolate, caramel chocolate and dark chocolate. The warmers also come with little dipping forks.

Sunday night we had two warmers going: one with milk chocolate and one with caramel milk chocolate. Everyone loved it! All the kids thought I was a hero (ha!) The fun part was deciding what to dip. Here’s the spread of all the things I brought to dip.

We had:
-strawberries
-bananas
-pineapple
-marshmallows
-pretzels
-potato chips
-angel food cake
-rice krispie treats

I loved the banana and rice krispie treat together dipped in the caramel milk chocolate (yum!). Because we had a big group, we just used wood skewers and we left the little dipping forks in the box.

Because everyone loves a good “after” picture, here’s the spread after. I think the strawberries were the first to go.

Be warmed…drips on your shirt may occur, but it’s so worth it. :)

Scentsy would like to giveaway one Velata warmer and 3 bags of chocolate to one lucky reader. There are a few different styles of warmers to choose from.

If you would like to enter to win a velata warmer along with 3 bags of chocolate (your choice), simply leave a comment below telling me what your favorite thing to dip in chocolate is. The winner of this giveaway will be chosen via Random.org and announced on this post.

Congrats Shauna! Lucky #3 !

I think my first choice would be a brownie/strawberry combo in that caramel chocolate dip of yours.
Second would be a marshmallow/graham cracker combo.
    I need some chocolate now . . .

That’s an awesome idea! I like fondue but find it to be a pain in the butt, so these seem like a great solution. I’m boring and my favorite thing to dip in chocolate is probably strawberries.

Honestly my favorite thing to dip in chocolate are my fingers but since my kids would insist on eating the fondue too, I would have to make sure there is plenty of pineapple. Oh and strawberries. I’ll just save the last few drops for my fingers! LOL!

My favorite things to dip in chocolate are Oreo cookies and Pepperidge Farms Chessmen cookies – mmmmm!

Oh my gosh why did the bananas’ not get eaten, that would have been my first choice, and strawberries with a very close 2nd!

Anything dipped in chocolate….I could probably eat styrofoam dipped in chocolate! But seriously, guess I would have to say fruit.
