This is a widgeted area which is called Featured Bottom Left. It is using the Genesis - Featured Posts widget to display what you see on the Family Tree child theme demo site. To get started, log into your WordPress dashboard, and then go to the Appearance > Widgets screen. There you can drag the Genesis - Featured Posts widget into the Featured Bottom widget area on the right hand side. To get the image to display, simply upload an image through the media uploader on the edit page screen and publish your page. The Featured Posts widget will know to display the post image as long as you select that option in the widget interface.
Yum, Yum, YUM! These are FABULOUS! I love all the recipes and LOVE that thrift store find!
I will definitely be bookmarking this for later, when I have a hankering for some Asian pasta salad. Mmmmm.
All great posts Kami! You are such a pro at all things food related. I need to try one of those salads!
I am so glad you posted this! I need to try those eclair squares.
Those are all fantastic posts! Loved all of them!
Did I ever thank you for introducing me to asian pasta salad and eclair squares? Hmmm….pretty sure I didn't. So glad they were on your top 10 for the year so that I can now say a proper "Thanks!" The chicken salad was right up my alley, and the missionaries who frequently come over to our house at dinnertime owe you their eternal gratitude for the eclair squares. Yum!
You always come up with the best ideas! I can't wait to see you have going in 2011.
Fortune teller Lara say:
"I see some Asian Chicken pasta salad in my immediate future."
She's usually spot on.
Sweet!
Oh, and PS….
Have you ever tried the pear and gorgonzola pizza at CPK?
DIVINE! It's my very favorite!
I love all of your projects Kami! I am still drooling over that buffet — I will take it off your hands when you get tired of it – lol!
I just adore you. I am so glad we are friends!
xoxo

Asian pasta salad? Yes,please.
Your Asian Pasta Salad looks like a winner. I bet some minced garlic would kick it up a notch though. Some minced garlic would also add another layer of complexity and deliciousness!
