Spooky Halloween Stars

Although I am not a scrapbooker, I am a sucker for fun scrapbook paper, and these

Halloween Stars

are a perfect excuse to use it. The best part of this craft for me was the spray glitter that I added. These would be so fun for Christmas.

They are easy to make. All you need to make Halloween Stars:

– the metal star (could be any color since you’ll cover it up.)
– about 5 12×12 pieces of coordinating scrapbook paper
– Decopadge or modpodge
– an ink pad
– spray glitter
– Halloween Ribbon to tie it up to your front door

Once you cut the triangles of paper to fit and decide where you want them, you just ink up the edges (this gives them a more finished look). Then you mod-podge them onto the star and then a top coat of mod-podge to protect. Finish off with spray glitter and festive ribbon, and you are set.

    I’m missing something on ink up the edges of scrapbook apparel did you just dad a little black ink on them? I have 3 stars I KNEW I was holding onto for something!
